摘要（中文）：
VKH综合征是起源于脉络膜实质的炎症，为我国全葡萄膜炎中的主要类型之一。临床上多表现为双侧葡萄膜炎，常伴有脑膜刺激征、听觉障碍、皮肤及毛发异常等改变。合理用药，逐渐减量，定期随诊，是改善预后，控制复发的关键。 -
摘要（英文）：
VKH syndrome is an inflammation originating from the parenchyma of choroid, which is one of the main types of uveitis in China. Clinical manifestations are bilateral uveitis, often accompanied by meningeal stimulation signs, hearing impairment, skin and hair abnormalities and other changes. Rational drug use, gradual reduction, regular follow-up, is the key to improve prognosis and control recurrence. -
