    本项目教学主要针对脑血管病所致神经精神障碍展开,在我国目前我们卒中的诊治及后续预防情况仍然不容乐观,一项最新的流行病学研究资料结果表明,大概31%的卒中后存活者,会在卒中发病后5年内出现神经精神障碍。本项目临床教学从关注卒中后神经精神障碍入手,以孤立大脑中动脉闭塞的卒中后抑郁患者为例,使用案例式、问题为导向、可视化医学、多学科融合式教学,教学目标是使神经病学专业型研究生在掌握扎实基础理论与知识的同时,全方位了解相关方向领域的现状、发展趋势、临床诊断及治疗的先进方法,提升神经病学专业型研究生临床综合分析、思维能力及人文素养,从而培养基础扎实、素质全面、临床实践能力强并具有进行临床应用研究和一定创新能力和社会适应的高层次医疗人才。

    The teaching program of this project primarily focuses on neuropsychiatric disorders caused by cerebrovascular diseases. In China, the current situation regarding the diagnosis, treatment, and subsequent prevention of stroke remains concerning. According to the results of a recent epidemiological study, approximately 31% of stroke survivors are likely to develop neuropsychiatric disorders within five years after the onset of stroke. The clinical teaching of this project begins by addressing post-stroke neuropsychiatric disorders, using the example of patients with post-stroke depression following isolated middle cerebral artery occlusion. The teaching approach incorporates case-based, problem-oriented, visual medical, and multidisciplinary integrated methods. The teaching objectives are to enable neurology postgraduate students to acquire a solid foundation in basic theories and knowledge while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current status, development trends, and advanced methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment in the relevant field. Additionally, the program aims to enhance their clinical analytical and critical thinking abilities, as well as their humanistic qualities. Ultimately, the goal is to cultivate highly skilled medical professionals with a strong theoretical foundation, well-rounded competencies, strong clinical practice abilities, and the capacity for clinical application research, innovation, and social adaptability.

    1.提高神经病学硕士研究生对孤立大脑中动脉闭塞的卒中后抑郁患者的采集病史、体格检查及辅助检查等临床信息处理能力。2.提高神经病学硕士研究生掌握孤立大脑中动脉闭塞的卒中后抑郁患者的诊治方法。3.全方位了解卒中后抑郁相关领域的现状、发展趋势、临床诊断及治疗的先进方法,提升神经病学专业型研究生临床综合分析思维能力,培养基础扎实、素质全面、临床实践能力强并具有一定创新能力和社会适应能力的高层次医疗人才。 4.培养临床医师的医学人文素养及职业精神。
  • 准备工作:

    复习卒中后抑郁患者的基本临床特点,以及基本病理生理机制; 复习脑灌注成像相关知识。针对课前复习情况提问:何为神经系统疾病相关的精神障碍?遇到卒中后患者如何判断是否存在相关情感障碍?脑灌注参数的意义? 通过复习和提问了解学生对本节所需基础知识以及预习内容的掌握程度,从而实时调整教学节奏。
